We have 3 distribution centers located in CA, IL and NY. Orders received before 12pm PST Mon-Fri, are typically shipped out same day from one of those locations, depending on the shipping region and product availability at the time of ordering, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automatic email update with tracking information to the email on file used to place the order, and it usually takes 3-7 Business Days on average to arrive.

We process and ship orders 5 days a week Mon-Fri (Except for Holidays and Long Weekends), if an order is received after our cutoff time (12PM PST) or on a weekend (Sat / Sun), it will be processed and shipped on the following business day and arrive within 3-7 business days thereafter.
Orders going to (Alaska | Hawaii | Military / Air Force / Navy / Army Bases | Rural / Remote locations) often take longer to arrive due to the nature of their location! According to the shipping carriers we use (UPS/USPS) orders can take up to 7-12 Business Days to arrive to those locations mentioned above, and in some rare events it can take even up to 25 business days for packages to arrive to some of the above mentioned locations.
